BEWARE OF TOW TRUCKer
This story happened to my friend's staff.
His staff bought a new Honda Civic and unfortunately he was involved with a minor accident, a 'bruised' front bumper. I guess he just want to make sure the bumper look nice and shiny, he agreed to have his car towed to a garage. He did not take any picture of his car after the accident.
The day after he went to the garage and he was surprised to see his bumper looked like he was involved on a 140km/h accident. Apparently Tow trucker nowadays got a commission based on percentage of damage to your car. The worst the damage the higher they get $$$. So what they do is the smack his car bumper real hard to make it look worst.
The claim was RM30,000.00. OK, he did not a single cent since its not his fault. But he found out a few days later after driving his car that the gear was not right. He brought his car to Honda service centre and they told him the part changed by the mechanic was only cost RM10,000.00. Now Honda is trying to help him liaison with his car insurer. I am not sure what he would get from the insurer but this is the reminder for all of us.. Be extra careful!

Baby Ainur tak sure D.O.B dia, tapi baby Marhani nama Maya Zahra on 10th December weight 3.5kg. Delivery kat SMC.

8% or 11%?
Assume monthly basic salary is RM4000.
If your monthly EPF contribution is 11% ( RM440 ), taxable income = RM3560, income tax payable = RM77.
If your monthly EPF contribution is 8% ( RM320 ), taxable income = RM3680, income tax payable = RM109.
Conclusion : If you choose to contribute 8%, you will end up paying more income tax to the government, which will make the government richer. Finance Minister Najib said this measure is meant to boost up the slow-down market, but from this example we can see that the money does not go into the market.
Instead the money goes direct into the government's pocket through the greater amount of income tax that we will have to pay. Obviously this measure does not help the market at all.

Sebelum kita bincang lebih lanjut, aku nak cite satu ke-sah tok imam & pencuri lembu. satu hari tok imam lepak-lepak kat wakaf seorang diri. tetiba ada sorang mamat lari ke main road. Dia bagitau kat tok imam jangan bagi tau kat org kampung ke mana dia lari.
Lepas brapa me-net org kampung sampai & tanya tok imam pasal mamat tadi. Diorang ckp yg budak tu dah curik lembu. Tok Imam pikir kalau dia bagitau, budak tu kira 'sayur' lah, so Tok Imam bangun dari wakaf tu & seraya berkata...
"masa aku kat sini (berdiri) aku tak nampak dia"
ok, back to Celcom nya add... memang la Celcom best kat kawasan dia, tapi aku rasa ada unsur2 tipu sunat dalam advert diorang sebabnya aku rasa ada segelintir kita yg tak paham advert tu betul-betul...
