The Dark Universe
When the sun goes down half of the world plunged into darkness. Now is the time when Mother Earth faces the dark side of the universe. On her belly were the children of Adam ‘alaihissalam. Together we face the dark universe.
But the mercy of light it repels the dark. When dark matter creeps, moon will set shining and glowing. That is the Moon that keeps our time.
Children of Adam just don’t sit around. They harvest the earth and create technologies. One particular technology was the discovery of modern electricity and the ability to transform electricity into light. Light that can repel darkness of night trapped in electrical and chemical compound. What have men done with plenty of light, is building cities like stars in the sky.
The story of light might be story of old, it is a blessing that always been told. What always peoples do in the dark of the night, are to leave the world by going to sleep.

The Wells
The Town of AleppoWhile I was pouring a vessel of water from the stone water container in my house just now, as often, I would wonder where this blessed-water came from.
“It must have come from a land far, far away. It comes so far just to fill my vessel. And in my stone container, it had died along the way. But water is the nature's phoenix. It will revives as vapors and clouds.
Water alive in the mountains of high, growing rapidly in the streams they flow. All down below waits the calm of a mum. Mother of Earth is what people called. Silently she plays the time where water goes. With hard rocks, she beds Mankind from rush of the flows.
In the canyons she heals with her tender the most. It’s all because canyons are worst than the desert. Cracking sound of earth is filling the air. Canyons are land that had huge elongated cracks a long time ago. Poor of water, land becomes violent. Maybe mad at mankind who is the poor manager, who is asking,
Why many men were deprived from using fresh water?
“Because cost involved is enormous,” some might say.
Then maybe our solution is not the best for Mother Earth. So I propose wells are built near our home.
In the great land of Africa lies our major water source. A pair of Niles sculpting the scenic mountains, hills and valleys, such a vast beautiful land Africa is. They flowed together only Allah knows when, but the thing is that water goes deep even to the caves of gold. That gold is what men desired most. Which, I think we actually didn’t need the gold. The gold is for the leaders to spend it wisely.
What more a blessings than to have fresh water wells, just around the corners to be shared among substantial families. The more the families the more needs for the wells. As now the river is polluted and dirty. Do you remember Imam Shafi’i? He said a good city needs a just ruler, a really good doctor and clean rivers when he was in Egypt. In order men to strive rivers must be cleaned. Water will live throughout its journeys. It feeds babies from mother’s milk, which gives them strength for their hard journey. Look at Aleppo. This city of old is what our mother had nurtured.
There must be a technique on how to build wells around homes and homes and homes...
Ask a professor. I’m sure somebody will know. We have got to find all the answers to the riddle of the land. By paying a few Dinars, everybody can have free water for all their lives.
O’ what say you o’ my fellows, wise and old or young and gold? Should we have a well even in the city negihbourhoods?Nabe'e Hassan on the River Markieh

sambungan Siri Kisah Penuntut Ilmu (Alhamdulillah)

Kemudian dia minta RM600. Aku katakan padanya aku ada RM100 sahaja. RM300, dia cakap. Aku nak blah. Sekali dia panggil. "Ok, kasi lah." Aku pun bayar RM 100, nokia N95 ni beb..sapa taknak seratus. Lepas aku bayar dia pun ambil telefon tu dan keluarkan simcard dia. Lepas tu aku dan dia pun cau. Balik rumah/opis, sekali tak boleh "ON" daaa.....aku telefon Buncit. Dia pun taktau macam mana nak ON. Akhirnya aku pergi kedai telefon kat belakang opis aku. "Ah, ni dah ramai orang terkena macam ni dik, 300 pun ada dorang bayar. Masuk kau dah dekat 10 orang datang mengadu kat sini.Ni telefon sampel aja. Buat pameran kat kedai telefon. Kalau kau nasib baik pergilah jual balik kat kedai telefon. Harga dia dalam seratus lebih aja. Telefon ni memang macam boleh ON sekali je tu."
Aku cakap,"Celaka, anak haram!!". Terkena aku.
Takpa..takpa..Allah Maha Kuasa. Allah Yang memberi dan mengambil semahuNya. Ya Allah, ampunkan dosa-dosa aku. Murahkanlah rezeki aku. Amin.
Pengalaman untuk aku, peringatan untuk kawan-kawan.
RM60-RM100 = - RM40.. rugi..rugi...
Ini buktinya..

Celebrate Our Mother Everyday
Mother’s day special (Honorable position of Mother in Islam)
Taken by permission from :
Shais
Mother’s day is celebrated around the world in order to honor mothers. It’s a day to honor your mother. But are we suppose to honor our mother once in the year? And do we need to fix a day for it?
In this article, I’ll be discussing whether the celebration of mother’s day is permissible in Islam or not and the rights Islam gives to mother.
Is it permissible for Muslims to celebrate Mother’s day?
There is a difference of opinion among the scholar on this opinion. Some say its permissible, others say its not. They say that its not permissible because these types of days like Mother’s day, father’s day are invented by the unbelievers because of the deficiency in their lifestyle. I personally agree with this view & I’ll be mentioning the honor Islam gives to the parents specially the mother which no human society can even imagine.
In the west, people put their parents in old age home. Many of them contact their parents only once or twice in the year and for many mother’s day is that time of the year on which they contact their mother and give gifts to her etc.
But this is not so in Islam. In Islam, mother is extremely honored. Its one of the greatest sins to be disobedient to parents specially the mother. Now lets see what Islam has to say about the rights of parents specially the Mother.
Honorable Position of Mother in Islam
In at least, SIX places the Holy Qur’an says “To be good and kind to your parents”
Here are the references.
Quran 2:83, Quran 4:36, Quran 6:151 , Quran 17:23-24, Quran 29:8, Quran 46:15
See how Allah mentions the mother along with himself
“reverence Allah, through whom ye demand your mutual (rights), and (reverence) the wombs (That bore you)” (Quran 4:1)
See how Allah mentions the mother along with himself.
In religions like Judaism, Christianity etc. pregnancy and childbirth is considered as a punishment to the women. Read Genesis 3:16. In Islam pregnancy and child-birth has uplifted the status of woman and the mother is highly honored because of it. The Quran says
“We have enjoined on man kindness to his parents: In pain did his mother bear him, and in pain did she give him birth. The carrying of the (child) to his weaning is (a period of) thirty months.” (Quran 46:15)
“And We have enjoined on man (to be good) to his parents: in travail upon travail did his mother bear him, and in years twain was his weaning: (hear the command), "Show gratitude to Me and to thy parents: to Me is (thy final) Goal.” (Quran 31:14)
The Prophet of Islam, Muhammad (peace be upon him) said :
Narrated Abu Huraira:
A man came to Allah's Apostle and said, "O Allah's Apostle! Who is more entitled to be treated with the best companionship by me?" The Prophet said, "Your mother." The man said. "Who is next?" The Prophet said, "Your mother." The man further said, "Who is next?" The Prophet said, "Your mother." The man asked for the fourth time, "Who is next?" The Prophet said, "Your father. " (Sahih Bukhari “Volume 8, Book 73, Number 2: )
In short, 75% of the love and companionship goes to the mother and only 25% goes to the father.
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said. Its mentioned Narrated 'Abdullah:
I asked the Prophet "Which deed is the dearest to Allah?" He replied, "To offer the prayers at their early stated fixed times." I asked, "What is the next (in goodness)?" He replied, "To be good and dutiful to your parents" (Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 10, Number 505)
The Prophet (pbuh) said Narrated Anas:
The Prophet was asked about the great sins He said, "They are:--
(1 ) To join others in worship with Allah,
(2) To be undutiful to one's parents.
(3) To kill a person (which Allah has forbidden to kill) (i.e. to commit the crime of murdering).
(4) And to give a false witness." (Sahih Bukhari Volume 3, Book 48, Number 821)
Narrated Abu Bakra:
The Prophet said thrice, "Should I inform you out the greatest of the great sins?" They said, "Yes, O Allah's Apostle!" He said, "To join others in worship with Allah and to be undutiful to one's parents." (Sahih Bukhari Volume 3, Book 48, Number 822)
It is reported on the authority of 'Abdullah that the Apostle of Allah observed: The best of' the deeds or deed is the (observance of) prayer at its proper time and kindness to the parents. (Sahih Muslim Book 001, Number 0155)
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: Let him be humbled into dust; let him be humbled into dust. It was said: Allah's Messenger, who is he? He said: He who sees either of his parents during their old age or he sees both of them, but he does not enter Paradise (on account of serving them). (Sahih Muslim Book 032, Number 6189)
Do we still need a mother’s day? To me it seems insulting to set a day in order to honor our mother. See how our beautiful religion honors parents, specially the mother.
In Islam, we are to be dutiful to our parents as long as they do not ask us to disobey Allah and his messenger (pbuh). As Muslims, we cannot accept anything of the creation of Allah in contradiction to what Allah has said, but still we are to be kind and sophisticated and not rude.
My dear Muslim brothers and sister, be kind and merciful to your parents. If you are not in peace with them for any reason, apologize to them and be in peace with them. It’s one of the greatest sins to be undutiful to your parents.
May Allah guide all of us.
“Say: "O ye men! Now Truth hath reached you from your Lord! those who receive guidance, do so for the good of their own souls; those who stray, do so to their own loss: and I am not (set) over you to arrange your affairs." (Quran 10:108)

History of Mothers Day
ANYONE CAN CONFIRM THIS STORY?
The earliest Mother's Day celebrations can be traced back to the spring celebrations of ancient Greece in honor of Rhea, the Mother of the Gods. During the 1600's, England celebrated a day called "Mothering Sunday". Celebrated on the 4th Sunday of Lent. "Mothering Sunday" honoured the mothers of England.
During this time many of the England's poor worked as servants for the wealthy. As most jobs were located far from their homes, the servants would live at the houses of their employers. On Mothering Sunday the servants would have the day off and were encouraged to return home and
spend the day with their mothers. A special cake, called the mothering cake, was often brought along to provide a festive touch.
As Christianity spread throughout Europe the celebration changed to honour the "Mother Church" - the spiritual power that gave them life and protected them from harm. Over time the church festival blended with the Mothering Sunday celebration. People began honouring their mothers as well as the church.
In the United States Mother's Day was first suggested in 1872 by Julia Ward Howe (who wrote the words to the Battle hymn of the Republic) as a day dedicated to peace. Ms. Howe would hold organized Mother's Day meetings in Boston, Mass ever year.
In 1907 Ana Jarvis, from Philadelphia, began a campaign to establish a national Mother's Day. Ms. Jarvis persuaded her mother's church in Grafton, West Virginia to celebrate Mother's Day on the second anniversary of her mother's death, the 2nd Sunday of May. By the next year Mother's Day was also celebrated in Philadelphia. Ms. Jarvis and her supporters began to write to ministers, businessman, and politicians in their quest to establish a national Mother's Day. It was successful as by 1911 Mother's Day was celebrated in almost every state. President Woodrow Wilson, in 1914, made the official announcement proclaiming Mother's Day as a national holiday that was to be held each year on the 2nd Sunday of May. While many countries of the world celebrate their own Mother's Day at different times throughout the year, there are some countries such as Denmark, Finland, Italy, Turkey, Australia, and Belgium which also
celebrate Mother's Day on the second Sunday of May.

Happy Mother's Day
One day a man came to see the Prophet Muhammad , peace and blessings be upon him. It seemed that he was trying to solve something but couldn't quite work it out. So he asked the Prophet. ''Tell me, O Prophet!'' I have many relatives and many friends whom I love, and whom I wish to care for and help. But I often find it difficult to decide which of them has the greatest claim upon me? Which of them should come first?'' The Prophet replied immediately, ''Your mother should come first and before all others.''
The man was very pleased to have this clear guidance from the Prophet. But of course there were all his other relatives and his friends, so he asked ''and after my mother, who has the greatest claim upon me?'' The Prophet's reply this second time surprised him. ''Your mother!'' he said again.
The man wondered why the Prophet was repeating himself. Perhaps he had not spoken clearly, the man thought, so he asked the question again, ''What I want to know is, after my mother, who has the greatest claim upon me? Again the Prophet said ''your mother!''
Your mother, your mother, your mother!
The Prophet had now said it three times. Slowly, the man realized why he had done so. ''The Prophet means that my mother is extremely important, so much so that my duty to her must be stressed over and over again. Even so, the man's thoughts ran on, ''what about all the others I love and wish to care for?'' Still uncertain and wanting to know more, he once again turned to the Prophet and said, ''and after my mother, who comes after her? Is there anyone besides her?'' The Prophet then replied ''after your mother, your father.'' ''And then?'' asked the man. ''Then people who are nearest to you,'' said the Prophet. Allah's peace and blessings be upon the Prophet.

It's worth the 'torture'
It's worth the 'torture'
Naveen Mathew Menon, NST, Monday 5th May 2008
KUALA LUMPUR: You can undertake a physically challenging bicycle race, yet have fun in the company of other riders, soak in Malaysia's natural beauty and at the same time do your part for charity.
That's what the Malakoff charity ride holds for you.
It won't be easy, it may even be a 'torture' to some but it would be worth it, said Nor Shakiman Muhammad, Malakoff's senior vice president held recently.
The Malakoff Charity Ride 2008 will be held on May 17- 19.
"The Malakoff Charity bicycle ride is in its fourth year but this is the first time we will be opening the event to the public," said Nor Shakiman.
In the past, the charity ride was limited to employees of Malakoff, its subsidiaries and business partners. But, this year, with more corporate and public participation, the company hopes to raise more money for charity.
The aim of the intensive three-day ride, 480km from Gombak to Kuala Terengganu, is to raise more than RM60 000 for charity homes situated en route.
Organisations such as orphanages and old folks homes that will benefit from this ride will include Rumah Darul Izzah (Temerloh), Pusat Pemulihan Dalam Komuniti (Temerloh) and Pusat Pemulihan Dalam Komuniti (Kemamam).
Nor Shakiman who had never ridden a bicycle for more than 50km at a time found his first ride from Malacca to Johor Bharu in 2005 a good experience and it caught his interest.
"The following years proved to be more challenging. It gave people in remote areas a chance to meet and mingle with riders and corporate people," he said.
"The satisfying part of the ride is that after the 'torture', you get to spend some time each day with people who are underprivileged," he said.
Those who wish to take part in the ride will have to make a minimum donation of RM2,000 per participant. "Corporations are strongly encouraged to take part in this ride as programmes like this foster unity amongst Malaysians."
Nor Shakiman also said that the company would support participants by sponsoring accommodation and food for the three day two nights event. There will also be support personnel with cars and an ambulance to help the participants in case they need help.
Endie Tofil Md Tuffile, administration and corporate affairs executive said about 70 riders had already registered for the event. The maximum number of participants will be limited to 120. For more information, e-mail endie.tuffile@malakoff.com.my

Cycling for charity
Hahaha.. aku nak gelak buleh tak???
Cycling for charity
By NG WEI LOON, The Star, Friday 5th May 2008
THE Malakoff Corporation Berhad is embarking on a three-day cycling journey from Gombak to Kuala Terengganu covering 480km on May 17.
This season, the nation’s independent power producer will be stepping up the tempo in its fourth attempt to crank up the pedal power for the annual charity ride.
Riding for a good cause: (From left) Malakoff employees Shahrom Abdullah, Endie, Nor Shakiman, Noor Azli Sawari and Aini Zahariah Zakaria all geared for the event.
The company’s senior vice-president, Nor Shakiman Muhammad, said they would also include their business partners and associates to be part of their corporate social responsibility effort to help the poor.
“We want to share the experience in reaching out to the needy with them,” he added.
The company is also extending its invitation to other corporations and individuals to take part in the initiative.
In addition, they are aiming to collect more than RM60,000 for charity organisations situated along the route.
Last year, they travelled from Putrajaya to Kuantan with a stopover in Kuala Pilah in between their three-day 404km trip and collected RM48,000 for six organisations.
From the previous three editions, they had netted a total RM131,000 for 14 charity organisations.
“Over the past three years, it has been a rewarding experience to help the less fortunate.
“In 2005, our debut from Malacca to Johor Baru generated a lot of interest.
“The following year, we endured the uphill course from Grik to Kota Baru and I could recall that I retired with four more kilometres to go on the climb.
“Although it was a flat course last year, it was a very long ride,” said Nor Shakiman, adding they were planning to organise an introductory clinic on cycling safety to guide beginners to take up the challenge.
Corporations and well-wishers are invited to join the upcoming adventure with a minimum pledge of RM2,000 each.
All proceeds from donations will be channelled towards three organisations.
The company’s corporate affairs executive, Endie Tofil Md Tuffile, said the three beneficiaries were Rumah Darul Izzah (Temerloh), Pusat Pemulihan Dalam Komuniti (Temerloh) and Pusat Pemulihan Dalam Komuniti (Kemamam).
The organisers will sponsor the accommodation and food for three days and two nights outing.
About 105 people, including 70 cyclists had already signed up for the event that could accommodate up to 120 participants.
Endie said his colleagues had keen interest in cycling.
“About 60 of our employees will be part of the charity ride. Our employees have taken up cycling as part of their healthy lifestyle regime,” added Endie.
Among the cyclists riding under the company’s banner are national duathlete Shahrom Abdullah, recreational cyclist Noor Azli Sawari and female participant Aini Zahariah Zakaria.

Reformasi Pendidikan
-nanti sambung lagi lah-
Talk to the believer and the best is always from Allah.
Non believers may say this and that, but when it links it goes up to Allah.
An ocean of knowledge was presented to mankind, when the gate was opened
even time became a blessing.
Let the way of teaching origin of one source.
And if everyone agreed, then the next question will be who is the man, who would be that teacher is?
No need to guess he is Muhammad bin Abdullah may Allah be pleased upon him.
He is the messenger of Allah.
He is the teacher of mankind.
But the end of the world is full of surprise.
His teachings were lost, parts or many.

Keluasan Neraka Jahanam
merasa aman daripadanya."
Lalu nabi s. a. w. bersabda: "Ya Jibrail, jelaskan padaku sifat Jahannam."

JOM PEKENA... Sup Gearbox
Masa aku kena pergi ke Bangi lepas solat Maghrib untuk majlis tahlil sepupu aku, aku ternampak satu bahu jalan penuh ngan kereta. Banyak betul kereta sampai dekat ngan traffic light.
Rupanya kat situ ada satu kedai namanya WARUNG DUSUN SUP GEARBOX. 2-3 hari lepas tu aku ajak boss aku p makan kat sana. Kitorang makan 3 orang, makan satu mangkuk besar sup gearbox, 3 teh tarik, satu mangkuk kerang rebus dan dua pinggan tauhu bakar.
Sup gearbox tu memang besar, supnya takde lah berempah sangat. For me its just light spices. Walaupun sup tu makin sejuk tapi still tak nampak kelibat lemak. Biasanya kalau tak tera sgt masak sup daging ni, bila sup nak sejuk ko bleh nampak lemak2 bertakung kat dlm mangkuk.
Luitnya brapa pak? semuanya 34 ringgit. makan 3 kepala average 11 ringgit. Aku rasa OK. Maybe Bangi ni tak kena tempias KL lagi, so harga barangnya still reasonable.

Nasihat Hasan Al Banna
Lakukanlah shalat begitu kau dengar suara adzan ditempat apapun kau berada.
Utamakanlah tugas tanpa mengenal waktu.
