Anyone up to learn to improve their property investment skills?

Some people are so unwilling to spend money to learn. Think about it, you go to universities, our parents pays thousands of dollars to learn skills that we don't even use. Skills that can only get most people a starting salary of RM2,000. But if you are willing to invest in yourself, spend some time and money, it won't even be as much as you've spent at the university, you'll learn how you can double or even triple your money if you put the knowledge you gained to good use.

And the best thing is, there is enough for all of us out there :).
