Most of us find weight loss a very lonely and challenging process. Usually coz there are no support, everywhere we go, there's just too much temptations. Worse still, most people are overweight, they exercise like crazy, and instead of weight going down, it goes even higher, or hardly moves. They don't understand why.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if you could be with a group of like minded friends, who will help to support you through the process?
A friend of mine will be organizing a weight loss challenge at her centre in Shah Alam. This will be commencing this Saturday 6th Feb 2010, and will be a 12 weeks program. You can use ANY METHOD whatsoever for your weight loss (so long as you're still healthy and alive by the end of the challenge). Best of all, the biggest loser (in terms of %, not in terms of Kg) at the end of the challenge stands to take home over RM2,000++ of prize money. Isn't that interesting?
The objective of the challenge is to bring like minded individuals together, to continue motivate each other through the journey. Each week, we will get together to monitor each other's progress, and best of all, the participants will be educated on what it takes to lose your weight effectively and safely.
The entry fee is ONLY RM50. Think of it, you will:
1. Lose weight at the end of 12 weeks
2. Learn good nutritional habits
3. Meet new friends, and have them supporting you
4. Have a coach to monitor your progress
