since i am 'running' away from flips and slide mobile phone, this one could be for me apart from there is no camera in front. not really the phone if you are looking for video conference.
anyone has been using palm before, could you give us a review on reliability & customer service and after sales ratings. thanks..

My personal opinion, after using a phone with 3G front camera feature i.e. boleh buat video conference, i find very little use of it. Agaknya pakai maybe 5% of the time je kot. Its quite impractical, bila nak buat video kol, ko kene ada 3g, the other party pun kene ada. Pastu, video call ni is rather personal (coz ada pic semua) and pakai loudspeaker, so you cant really call at public place, and the party answering cant be at public place, nanti awkward lak. So in the end pakai tepon biasa je. Maybe its just not a norm now and not an accepted practice yet. But imagine if everybody start using video calls everywhere, i think that will look really weird. Semua akan pegang phone depan instead of kat telinga and sengih sorang2 kat depan phone tu sambil cakap kuat2.
i didnt know if you want to make a conference call, you have to use your speaker phone. The reason I am looking into two cameras is because the phone package I have offer free conference call between registered line (first package - 1+3 second package power38)
I really like PDA phones, but currently such phones are not that reliable i.e you do a lot of 'pressing reset button'.
