| KUWAIT CITY: Jahra securitymen have arrested a 14-year-old boy, who fired a gun two days in a row near the Central Jail, resulting in serious injuries to an Asian expatriate on Sunday and death to another on Monday, reports Al-Qabas.
Security sources said police had intensified their search after the fatal incident leading to the arrest of the boy who admitted the crime. During interrogation, the boy told police he got the gun from one of his friends and practiced his shooting skills with the sign and lamp posts in Al-Nhada as his targets. He also admitted firing the gun for fun at three Asian laborers on the first day and another on the second day while they were passing in front of his house.
The boy and his friend were later referred to the Juvenile Prosecution where they were charged of pre-meditated murder, attempted murder and causing damages to State properties. |

Actually, ini salah satu kes yg menunjukkan kebangangan orang2 arab yang tak educated esp. bedoun (aka arab badwi). Arab ini biasanya tinggal di kawasan yg terpencil dari pembangunan (padang pasir biasanya) dan biasanya tak mendapat status warganegara. Jadi mereka ini org buangan d negara sendiri, tak berpendidikan, kasar, tak boleh travel o/sea, dan sehingga byk yg tak tahu membaca. I dont't think the boy think it's a crime, and to make it worse Arab ppl think it's not a big deal!
