Tahun lepas jumpa Farah Naaz kat HUKM (tak tegur pun takut dia tak kenal/buat tak kenal). Dengarnya dia buat specialise dlm anaesthatic.

hehehe, tak so far... dok kat A&E je tapi now dah pindah to KK Pandamaran. office hrs & weekend cuti also public holiday cuti.. Masa kat A&E dulu public holiday kerja so dia ada 2 bln cuti utk this year
Dr. Norliza kat Klinik Kesihatan Kelantan? Kat mana tu? Tak pernah aku dengar kampung/daerah Kelantan kat Kelantan. Kampung Malaysia kat Malaysia ada laa...
Dr. Hayati kat AU2? Hmm... tak sangka 6 tahun aku kat AU2 tak pernah jumpa pun! (ntah2 dia pun tak kenal aku).
Kat tempat aku, medical bil sangat2 mahal. Consultation fee for ordinary private clinic normally cost RM500.
Doctor is a person who kill your pain with his pills, and kill ypu with his bills. It seems much true here..

klinik kesihatan mmg best in term takyah keje weekend and oncall.tapi keje stress kalahkan hospital..dunno bout pandamaran,tapi kat KK TMN EHSAN ive seen 80-90 patients from 8 till 5 tolak rehat sejam.jem otak...
been working kt emergency htar for one year,rasanyer lagi enjoyed and ada satisfaction..hehe
lin nam, aku rasa ko kena bersyukur kot sebab yasmin tgk patients 80 tu in one morning je. so far aku dengar ada la dlm 180 org per day.. hahahha mmg gilos...
dia miss emergency a&e because bukan everyday sibuk.. anyway more time with family over the weekend :D
mak aii..i heard bout pandamaran overloaded wif patients tp tak sangka la banyak macam tuh!!

I think thats the area where we waste our doctors valuable time. Minor cases should entertain by experienced MA or at least monitored by nurses.
Therefore Dr can have more time to check on more severe cases unlike giving MC or prescribe panadol..
Another issue about Klang before, after office hrs these very minor cases ppl come to A&E, that's why Klang A&E always have long queues even some of them had to wait for more than 3-4 hrs.
Klang A&E does take priority with asthma patients leaving others questioning why they have special treatment.
Furthermore dr from KK sending their patients with minor symptoms caused the congestion. However there was a case when Dr from A&E sent one guy home, and died on the way home afterwards.

Wow...40 in our batch are doctors, thats 20%, which considering become doctor is not easy at all, its an achievement for our batch in general and definitely a big achievement to our friends. Aku takleh nak komen sangatlah pasal docs ni sebab spouse pun bukan doctor, cuma dulu and wife ada experience pergi one clinic ni. TIme tu my wife was pregnant. The doctor prescribed her a medication which is a no-no to pregnant ladies as i understand. Nasib baik the nurse spotted that and the nurse tegur the doc in front of us. Bayangkan how horrified we got. Doc tu cuma, "oh yeah, sorry about that". Tak taulah whether the doc was stressed ke apa, but the clinic was rather empty and this doc quite berumur gak dalam 40s. After that experience, we're a bit more selective on the clinics to go.

bukan nak kata kah, dr skrg ni hebat pada title, dari kerja mmg rubbish, tak tahu, bukan kata junior, mid atau senior semua rubbish, including pembantu kesihatan, jangan ingat anda semua kebal dari penyakit dan sesuka hati buat pada pesakit dan penjaga sesuka sound sana sini, dah itu mmg tugas anda jadi laksanakan tanggungjawab yang diamanahkan. Kalau x cukup resource inform dan bukan buat sesuka hati pada pesakit, dah la sakit, lagi la sakit masuk ward…stupid dumb dumb
