Lupa plak nak cakap, kalau utk yg dah biasa dengan ukuran style kali kali, besar tanah dia is lebih kurang 45 x 85. Tengkiu.

Memang area saujana utama ni i think generally is a nice area to live in. Dia punya resident association pun quite strong, so kebajikan rakyat2 kat situ pun agak terjagalah, this is important. I was living in Kota Kemuning for more than a year after getting married, so agak biasa ngan KK nyer area and prefer it here in terms of location. Lagipun dekat ngan parents and in-laws in Subang. So that was why we decided to let go of the house in SU. SU would be a nice place to live in, but not for investment/ renting purpose as it is too far out. Generally rental there also quite low, so it does not make sense to keep it any longer even for investment purpose. I believe the town will grow tremendously due to the better infra compared to housing areas nearby e.g. puncak alam, desa coalfields, but maybe not in the immediate future.
